The essence of my artistic expression is revealed in each lampwork bead created in my studio. Lampwork glass reflects both the heartfelt passion and interpretative expression of who I am, how I see the world, and what inspires me.
My artistic resume includes fantasy sculptures, creatively fashioned from found objects, and recycled materials. What I enjoy most about art of lampworking is that it has a Zen effect, serving to calm and focus the artist and the viewer, enchanting both with the beauty of this molten solid.
My designs are intended to be truly hypnotic, one-of-a-kind pieces that cannot be replicated or manufactured by a machine. I only sell pieces that capture the grace and flow of glass artistry. All jewelry is made with sterling silver or copper findings, Czech or Swarovski Crystals, and various complementary beads.

Studio 8 is a photography studio and co-op located in the Grand Avenue arts district in downtown Phoenix. Our studio is one of several industrial art spaces in the historic Bragg’s Pie Factory building on Grand. We are dedicated to the professional development and success of our fellow photographers and artists and as such, have established a collective to allow emerging photographers the use of a professional studio at an affordable price point.
The current principal photographers at the studio are Nicolle Clemetson and Andrew Urban. Their different styles and philosophies illustrate the strength of diverse elements joining together for a common purpose. That is ultimately the aim and purpose for the collective, because when we all work together, we all benefit.
This 1905 house in the Oakland-University Park neighborhood was built of cast concrete blocks, fabricated from molds to resemble quarry stones. It was converted to an art studio and photography gallery in 2005. The current tenants, Michelle and Melanie Craven, contributed substantial sweat equity toward the renovation of the building by stripping and refurbishing the hardwood floors, installing slate flooring in the rear of the gallery, and installing attractive desert landscaping in the previously all dirt yard.
Today Tilt Gallery is a contemporary fine art gallery specializing in historical to alternative photographic processes and mixed media projects. The gallery features local, national and international works by emerging and established artist.

Located on the NW corner of Mckinley and Grand Avenue in downtown Phoenix, The Lodge art studio has been home base for a core group of artists for several years. The symbiotic relationship among the works of mixed-medium artist Fausto Fernandez, sketch artist Joe Brklacich and painter Abbey Messmer makes this a must-see studio and gallery.

Moderncat Studio is a collective design studio run by Kate Benjamin, founder and editor of the popular cat style blog moderncat.net. The studio is located in the historic Bragg’s Pie Factory building on Lower Grand Avenue.
Moderncat Studio brings together different designers who are interested in improving the cat product industry. We believe that well-designed cat products can make living with cats a stylish and positive experience. We create products that are beautiful and functional — appreciated by cats and the people who love them. Our handcrafted, high-quality cat products, made using environmentally friendly and cat-safe materials and finishes, offer an alternative to low-quality, mass-produced items.
Individual designers and design firms contribute to the creative energy at Moderncat Studio, and help create the products that you will find for sale in the Moderncat Studio Etsy shop and through select retail partners. Our products are the result of a collaborative team effort and each item is handcrafted by one or more of the designers involved in the studio.
