Our unique collection features artists and designers from around the world, creating an opportunity to connect with people sharing a common desire to recycle, repurpose, and redefine fashion. Online retailer and Grand Avenue merchant, Recycled Rascals is a friend to local businesses and non-profits, with a majority of our business benefitting non-profits in Arizona and across the US. We are licensed retailers of Littlearth© products, an extensive line of eco-conscious accessories made to order in Pennsylvania, fashioned from various automobile parts.

Recycled Rascals is a female-owned company founded by eco-conscious entrepreneur Debra Rich, a local and nationally-recognized lampwork jewelry artist, and managed by her business partner, Milissa Koehler of Charitable Heart, a local artist concierge. This partnership allows us to work directly with local artists who may need guidance in bringing their amazing, recycled creations to market that complement our brand. Recycled Rascals is a proud member of Local First Arizona.
